** Internet Customer Return.  Carburetor is in very good condition.  May have been lightly used.  Throttle adjuster screw was broke off partially inside.  We had Carburetor repaired.  New Throttle Adjuster screw installed.  Carburetor works properly now.  Box shows some wear and tear from shipping. **
